A former voice and piano student at Richland College, Cheyenne knew as a young child that music was her calling. Her earliest and fondest memories include sitting at her fathers feet as he played and sang at the piano. As a teenager, Cheyenne’s love of music blossomed while studying piano under her grandmother, Alice Davis. Her talent for performing garnered attention so quickly that during her junior year of high school she was awarded the Paderewski Medal by the National Piano Guild. Since 2007 Cheyenne has been the lead singer of a professional party band called the Roof Raisers. Cheyenne also performs and travels with various other bands in DFW such as Mr. Inez, The Wonders, and Spinout. Cheyenne resides in Denton with her husband John and her puppy dogs, Sophie, Whiskey and Diesel, and her boss cat, Conrad Shady-Cat III.

Katy has been a musician her entire life. With 15 years of experience on piano and 8 years of experience with viola and violin, being a musician is Katy’s true passion. She adores working with young musicians, and is currently earning her B.M in string music education at the University of North Texas. Katy loves playing in groups of all shapes and sizes, and has played both viola and violin in a number of chamber orchestras, symphony orchestras, and small ensembles throughout her career in her hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has worked as a violin and viola teacher at the Frisco School of Music, and is currently on her second year of working with the University of North Texas String Project. Though she loves performing in the viola section of the University of North Texas Concert Orchestra, Katy especially enjoys teaching elementary and intermediate level students how to bring out the same passion for music she developed when she was a young music student. Katy currently lives in Denton, and plans to be a music educator for the rest of her life.

Ben is a Minnesota-native musician who currently resides in Denton, Texas, whose wide range of musical interests include Jazz, Blues, Avant-Garde, Folk, Rock and much more. Ben has been playing piano since age 5, guitar since age 8, and the drums since the age of 10. He has gained extensive experience performing with a wide variety of artists, such as Ian Kimmel and the Heard, the Texas Blues Crew, and Sound Skirmish, in addition to leading his own jazz trio. He has performed at such venues as the Twin Cities Jazz Festival, the Dakota Jazz Club, the Varsity Theater, and the Denton Arts and Jazz Festival, among countless others. This year, Ben will be completing his final year at the University of North Texas, receiving his bachelor's degree in Jazz Drum Set, with mentorship from Ed Soph and Quincy Davis.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Lawrence University and also attended the Bel Canto Institute in Florence, Italy. Christina has performed for the LA Fashion Week, Florence International Music Festival, numerous opera companies, and musical theaters where she developed a reputation for the beauty of her voice and her skill as an actress. Many of her students have gone on to do great things in music including: performing at Disney Hall, Angel Stadium, on the TV show "Ugly Betty," with the California Phiharmonic, Repertory Opera Company, Opera Pasadena, and have appeared in numerous musical theater productions. She served as the Vocal Music Department Chair at the Claremont Community School of Music from 2008-2010. The CCSM voice department is now widely recognized throughout the LA area as a place of excellent vocal instruction. Christina loves working with students of all ages training young beginners as well as coaching professsionals.

Concert pianist and winner of international piano competitions, Daria Kiseleva holds Master's degree in piano performance from Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory and Bachelor degree from Gnessin College in Moscow, Russia. Daria's highlighted performances include concerts in major halls of Russia, Kazakhstan, France, Germany, Spain, as well as in Great Britain and Italy. As First Prize winner of BNDES competition in Rio de Janeiro, Daria toured Brazil performing solo recitals and appearing with orchestras such as Brazilian Symphony Orchestra and Orchestra Experimental de Repertorio. She gave her solo debut recital at Carnegie Hall in 2016 as the Gold Medal winner of IKOF competition. As the winnder Daria gave a series of recitals in Colorado, California and Florida. Daria is currently residing in Fort Worth, pursuing her Graduate Artist Diploma at TCU.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the world renowned University of North Texas. Nicole has performed all over the world sharing her gift of singing through North America and Asia. Beyond performing Nicole has an astounding passion for teaching young students or "itty-bitties" as she affectionately calls them. She is a franchise owner of Kindermusik and looks forward to working with kids in a fun learning environment while teaching the fundamentals of music along the way. In addition to her work with young children Nicole loves high caliber music and continues to run All Region and All State Camps to help middle and high school students reach the pinnacle of their talent.

Johnathan has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the prestigious University of North Texas. Since Johnathan Castro began studying music he has gained much experience in performing and teaching. He has performed in 6 orchestras including his guest performance with the Austin Symphony Orchestra. He has also performed with numerous classical ensembles and electric bands. As an educator he has taught private lessons since 2004 and been a guest speaker in classrooms across Texas. He has taught for the University of North Texas String Project, been the Music Director for The Corinth Academy private school and has been a private lesson teacher for numerous school districts and companies. Johnathan enjoys challenging his students and finding new and inventive places for them to perform at.
With more than 20 combined years of experience in music lessons, Johnathan and Nicole decided to go out on their own and make music lessons fun, inviting, accessible, and affordable.
Many of their students have gone on to become great successes in and out of music. Working as a musician is not for everyone but all people experience music in deeper ways when they connect through performance and knowledge.

Jessie has been teaching violin lessons full time since 2007. She is a certified Suzuki violin teacher and many of her students have been accepted into the Chicago Youth Symphony. Jessie received her Bachelor of Music in violin from the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. Her recent teachers include David Taylor of the Chicago Symphony, Laura Chen at Chicago College of Performing Arts and Motoi Takeda of the Dallas Symphony. Jessie has been an active performer for the past several years and a few of her favorite opportunities have been with the Candid Concert Opera Company and the American Chamber Opera Company. Jessie loves teaching and believes that everyone has the ability to learn how to create and express themselves with music. Jessie resides in Denton with her husband Brian and her baby boy Emmaus.

Originally from Seattle, Jack is currently studying Jazz Voice at the University of North Texas. From an early age, his passion for music led him to musical success; from performing with several All-State and All-Region ensembles to earning top-soloist awards in various nation-wide jazz festivals. Currently Jack is an active performer and songwriter and has performed at such venues as the Paramount Theatre, Dimitriou’s Jazz Alley, Loyola University, and recently was on tour within the Alicante region of Spain. As a teacher, Jack works with each student to discover their personal and creative voice by exploring techniques such as improvisation and songwriting, all within the belief that it is within anyone’s reach to become an excellent musician.
